Design and Engineering

Our spring manufacturing services begin in our engineering department, where our skilled professionals assist clients with design support. Our experience enables us to select the ideal spring material and configuration for each unique application.

Prototyping

Before committing to a full production run, we recommend and offer small prototyping runs to ensure your design is optimized. This rapid prototyping minimizes manufacturing waste and can help to reduce production costs in the long run.

Pa-Ted offers production capabilities, from small one-time runs to cyclical repeating orders. We run multiple shifts, where we are able to handle anything from small sample orders to multi-million-piece orders.
